I have purchased an aqua guard from eureka forbes with description dr aquaguard hd ro + uv. I have also taken extended warranty on the unit. My customer id [protected]. I have lodged a complaint with their service centre stating that the unit totally defunct. It is under extended warranty. Complaint lodged on 3rd october 2017 complaint no. [protected]. Technicians of the company failed to service the unit despite several repeated reminders. My mobile no, [protected]. Now iam buying water from mineral water suppliers and incurring un - warranted expenses.. Kindly help in getting my water purifier repaired from the authorised technicians of the company.
