I purchased dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv in sep-2020. After that I am facing issue with this product regularly. Already technician visited in month of april and replaced some cartridge. Now again it is not working. Raised complaint with no. [protected]. Technician visited. Now he is saying pump is faulty. Just 9 month old product and already so many problems. Please change my ro. As per my understanding, faulty product is delivered. I raised complaint on 17th july but issue is still not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
