Hi team, I am deeply upset with the service request. I have raised a complaint on monday 14th aug'17 at 10.00 hrs under complaint # [protected], bearing the cust # [protected]. But till now 16th aug 2017 4.30 pm, no one has turned up to attend the meeting, we are trying to reach the technician mr bhairavnath, @ [protected], who made lot of promises at the time of amc, but no response from he as well. I am spending lot of money buying the water cans from out side, i had to charge the amount to the company for the default of services. I would like to see the technician at the earliest today (16th aug 2017). Was this information helpful? | |||||
