Sir, Madam,
I Have to Complaint about Eureka Forbes service station and delay of work by the service station.In May 2015, I have purchase the Eureka Forbes Dr.Aquaguard Magna UV Water Purifier.After 6 months at the time of serviceing. I have call the call center of the company regarding service of Aquaguard on 16 november 2015 we complaint the registered.Then on 19 November, the Technician visited at our place, but he is not able to repair the Aquaguard, after that the Machine start getting problems like over flow of water due wrong indication of Machine an sensor...so same day imidiately again we call the service center of Aquagurd regarding this problem..But they commite the fake promises of reparing the Machine and from 19 November to 5 December 2015. The problem is Unable to solve by the service center of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard.
(Since, from 18 years we are the old customer of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard.)
So, its my request you to solve my problem as early as possible.
