[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — dr aquaguard nrich ro+ uv+ mtds found faulty after 1 month of purchase | |||
I bought the dr aquaguard nrich ro+ uv+ mtds water purifier in the 1st week of september but unfortunately it's started malfunctioning after using for a month. Once raised a service request, one technician pay a visit and after inspection he informed that one of the chip is faulty and needs to be replaced. I am not be able to understand how come a new product found faulty after one month of purchase. I bought this product specifically to feed quality water to my toddlers and eureka forbes is not be able to commit when then will replace this.
