[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Dr. Aquaguard Old stock received but paid for nw stock | |||||
Hi, I purchased DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO + UV + Mineral Cartridge + Biotron and I paid Rs. 18, 490 online n 2nd November, 2016 directly to Eureka Forbes (Customer ID is [protected] and Order ID is [protected] ). However the product which I received shows the price Rs. 17490, as mentioned in the tax invoice (Invoice No. [protected] dated[protected] and the supplied box. After repeated call and sending emails to Eureka customer care, I was told that the delivered machine was old stock for Rs. 17490 and I paid for new stock for Rs. 18490 so the difference of Rs. 1000 is there between payment and tax invoice. since I paid for new stock at Rs. 18, 490, I would like to replace my delivered old stock and with the new stock for Rs. 18, 490/- for which I paid the money online through Eureka forbes. One technician also visited my house but he didn't resolved my problem. Hope through this complain form my problem will get resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
