Purchased dr aquaguard water purifier on 24 thoct 2018 with a buyback facility, sales executive abhay, (Mumbai malad) has not yet come to collect old machine n has not yet delivered the cover n pipe as promised, their sales head chanrajeet who had come to collect payment was suppose to send someone to collect original old bill of amc, but he too has not yet done that.
I have been reminding both of them abt it via sms n wats app msg, both only assure that it will be done but has failed to do so till date.
Will a senior person look into this matter so that it doesn't feel like only tall promises are made by eureka forbes sales team at time of sales n once sale is done start harassing the customer with zero communication at their end
