I am under AMC for the past few years for my Dr, .Genus water purifier. We are two senior citizens and our annual consumption is less than 3000 litres. This year the Mineral cartridge replaced under AMC worked for about 8 months and the level has gone to 5 ( maximum) even when the water use was less than 3000 litres. I had asked the technician to replace the mineral catridge, but he refused eventhough it is a consumable item and was supposed to work for 6000 litres. May be it is a recycled catridge. I have been complaining to Deepa at customer care for the past one month but no action was taken. There has to be a way of redressal. They are waiting for AMC to be over by May 31st, 2022 so that they ask me to pay AMC again. I had been drinking unsafe water for the past one and half months. If anything happens to our health, I would hold Eureka Forbes responsible. I fail to understand why no redressal mechanism or Ombudisman is not fixed by Government for water purifiers.
