[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — dr. magna water purifier | |||||
Really i am in a pathetic situation. Very poor service from the eureka forbes... No response the personals even after multiple times of complaints to the call centre, to the local servicing engineers and to their local office. The complaint was registered on 25th september vide no.[protected] and cust-id is [protected]. We are today on 21st october and nearing a month and still the problem is not solved and how to go about the same i am wondering. We are now frustrated and even going to take extreme step against this people and sorry to say that being such a big company as a general practice with all the companies, these people also are only interested in selling their products and no back up service is there in time nor the response for the customer is very bad. Earlier also we had faced service issues and had neglected but this time it is the worst experience i have ever had. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Shameless answers from the seniors and fake commitments from customer care. Last 3 months bearing this torture. Several complaints lodged but of no results. Friends please explore other better options in market, pls don't get carried away like me.
