I have booked the aquaguard reviva uv (Gwpdrevuv00000), Online. Shipping address - name : senthil konar, 102, sumeet chhaya apts, plot a/213, sector 20, nerul, near balaji temple. During installation your technician found that it was faulty - mother board to be changed. I had compliant to customer care that i would like to return the machine and refund the money back to my account. Since it is new, no need to repaired or replace mother board. Your customer care also agreed to send the technician to take back the machine. So far no body came and taken the machine. More than 10 days are over. Please do the needful urgently. Your technician coming but not replace adapter is one of the instrument water purifier. He told us no avaibilty adapter and to much delay on process not responding senior staff also.. Almost 5 days gone so please do the needful very urgent basis
