I have booked the aquaguard reviva uv (Gwpdrevuv00000), Online. Shipping address - name : senthil konar, 102, sumeet chhaya apts, plot a/213, sector 20, nerul, near balaji temple. During installation your technician found that it was faulty - mother board to be changed. I had compliant to customer care that i would like to return the machine and refund the money back to my account. Since it is new, no need to repaired or replace mother board. Your customer care also agreed to send the technician to take back the machine. So far no body came and taken the machine. More than 10 days are over. Please do the needful urgently.
