I have purchased your Enhance Water Purifier on 2 Oct 2018 and it was a defected product.After chasing your customer care, I received replacement product 1 week back.But the product is still not installed.How long should I wait to get it installed after purchasing your product 1 month back.The customer service is really pathetic .If this is how you care for your customer, I do not want to buy or recommend your brand anymore.
