I have made several calls to Eureka Forbes since 2nd September but there technician has not visited my place yet. My RO is under warranty and AMC. Every day they tell me that the technician will visit today but it doesn’t happen. I’m incurring Rs. 500 a day on Bisleri water. I’m very dissatisfied with their pathetic service. I want reimbursement of the expenses that I have incurred as well as want my RO to serviced quickly. Made a huge mistake to buy this RO. Worst company with pathetic service.
