Hi, I buy a product RO + UV Enhance on dated 17th Sep, 2014 and less than a year the product got damage. I buyed the product after making a search in Eureka Forbes site through Find your purifier by entering the Pincode. If the Purifier candle and carbon are getting damaged less than a year than it is false commitments made by the company. Was this information helpful? | |||

The problem is due to problem of purifier we have to boil the water on gas and then use it.

Today i talked to escalation head of navi mumbai, As per our discussion that i have to pay for the parts of the purifier which is not acceptable from my side after spending a huge amount to purchase a product then additional amount to be paid to replace the parts.I purchase the product and know the situation is i have to boil water on gas then use it.
So, If the solution is a problem then no issues i will send ur useless product to your mumbai branch(lower parel) by this saturday.
