I had raised service request (4 to 5 times form m/o aug, 2017) on telephone calls to m/s dayal enterpries, contract no.[protected], local representative of aquaguard, haldwani, uttarakhand regarding filter change of aquaguard, infinity, water purifier. The concern representative kept dodging me stating that the technician would attend your call by tomorrow or he is on the way but no one has turned up than i had raised a service request (Having no. [protected] on dt. 09/09/2017) through customer care. The customer representative had assured me that the same shall be rectified with in next two days. However no action initiated till date. Moreover i would like to express that the service provided by eureka forbes is very poor, since i use to get very delay response against my complain last year.
In such situation, customer doesn’t have any other option but forced to buy alternate water purifier & other products. Hope this grievance of mine is seen with the concern person of the firm, who can take necessary action to avoid such instances to others
