Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes is mentally harassing me

Almost 26 days passed, but till date my Eureka Forbes water purifier problem has not been resolved.

Last week someone called me and told that they are looking into my genuine demand but sorry to say again they are silent.

Please suggest what to do.
