After taking AMC no proper response for a service issue. The purifier is in nonworking condition for one month. No service person visited till now even after multiple follow-ups. Due to the pandemic, it is a very difficult situation for senior citizens to go out and stand in queue for filtered water, even after multiple communications, escalations mail we are not getting the issue solved. For your reference ticket is in open state for last one month #[protected] I request kindly help us get back the AMC amount so that we can go for some other filters. Taking AMC has caused us so many issues, if without AMC they would visit us every 2 months to clean and service the filter. Was this information helpful? | |
