Hello I have Aquaguard enhance RO machine at my home and I have been facing problems with it for quite a some time now. I have lodged a complaint regarding repair of Aquaguard RO machine on Wednesday 16th September 2015. I have been called your customer care at least five times since 16th Sep to fix my problem. In spite of repeated complaint no service person is attending the complaint without any reason. It is really hard to understand why my complaint has not been addressed.
