[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — eureka forbes reviva aquaguard | |||
I have requested for filter change for my eureka forbes reviva aqua guard. Service person who came to change the filter, came with open parts of the filter. I objected the same that why company product is not packed. He gave some excuses about gst etc. That evening i got a call from mr. Vijay (Another person from eureka forbes) and he told me that there is some problem going on due to gst implementation and he will make sure that my filters are replaced in one month. This happened on 5th july 2017 and he asked me to wait till 1st august 2017 and i will get my filters replaced. Its been 26 days since than and now mr. Vijay is not picking my phone.
