My eureka forbes ro is not working from last one month, i called many time in customer care and e-mailed too but yesterday i got call from customer care (Deepa), she was telling me that flitering ro not working and for replace this i have to pay around rs 4000/-, my product is in warranty period so why should i pay for that, is your product worth is not more then one year, from the day one of product i am paying when they were installing they asked to pay 2500 for booster and i paid, now for filter why should i pay when product my product in warranty. Actually he is used to give 3 demo but the first demo was given but later the two demo's are still pending is this ur responsibility and if we try to reach they won't even respond to the call or messages totally dissatisfied with it service.
