We had an issue with the robo after few months o[censored]se that it was stopping after few minutes and we had to pick it up and place it on charging station to use it again inspite of it having sufficient enough battery. We had complaint about the same to eureka forbes and a technician visited our home to check it, the technician was unable to solve it. After that we complaint about it again and again but no action was taken by them. Since our product was under warranty when we had raised the complaint, the company should have replaced the product or refund our money, but company is not listening and just giving us assurance that they will escalate our matter and it will be solved in 24 hours but still no action has been taken from them.
