I had purchased AMC of 4700 rupees after consulting customer care. To my surprise, they denied service and it has been six months they denied refund of the AMC too.
I consider this a fraudulent practice where company allows customers to buy AMC on their App and website without checking feasibility of service. And they deny refund as well despite their fault. I want a compensation for the frustration that I went through for six months almost following up on this one. It is my right to get a refund now as I have switched to other product, don’t need the service anymore. I have a photo of a service request that remained open for 4 months and then closed without any resolution. I don’t want any more service requests, just need my refund of Rs 4700 that I paid for AMC and Rs 2000 as compensation for my expenditure of sending them a legal notice which they didn’t respond to.
