I brought Eurekafobs Vacuum Cleaner, Brought before 6 months back, I tried and call customer care call centre the response was very bad, at last I got a Service executive to my place while he is taking my device, I asked for a slip, he answered there will be no sleep given to customer while taking for service you can believe and give or keep it yourself, this was the answer from service executive, after a couple of days. I called service people they didn't respond for my call, this incident happened in Bangalore, near Begur, Ravi was the Service Head, At last I called South head Mr Mohan and he told the problem will be fixed within 24 hours but after a week I texted him on what's up. And called in many times but no proper response I tried keep on calling him but at last one day he picked the call and had conference with some service executive then also no response South head Mr Mohan is not a perfect gentleman for the post as South that of Karnataka, It was five days 10 days month has passed but still no response I tried many ways but no proper response from any service people, kindly Indian customer and my friends please do not experience with Eurekafobs waste of money when buying the product they come to our place many time when product is been sold out when you're in problem take won't even listen to your words your feelings hardly heard money will go waste it is up to you to decide yourself don't get cheated because I got cheated and you should not thank you regards thanks for reading my feelings Was this information helpful? |
