[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes - Worst response for Installation; worst customer post sales service | |||
This is my worst customer service experience. I ordered AquaGuard Clasic UV through sales person in coimbatore and paid advance 2000 INR on 02/06/2015. They said after 2 days you will get installed. but after two days no response from their side... If i called they are giving new number then i called to the new number they also giving new number to call...its just looping like this..in some cases they are said "I will call you in 2 min". Its really frustrated... till today 9/6/2015 No one giving proper response for product delivery.. I have a doubt that even for new product delivery they are not responding properly after installation how they will resolve technical problems or services.. Was this information helpful? | |||
