[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — euroclean steam cleaner broke at connection point. | |||
We bought a EuroClean Steam Cleaner in June 2018. After using it for 15 times, it broke at a connecting point. This product is of very poor quality plastic. It is We put complaint# [protected] for resolution and did not get any response. We put service request # [protected] for escalation and did not get any response. We followed up with Mr. Sanjay Tripathy from Eureka Forbes(Bhubaneswar) many times but he showed no interest in resolving it, rather provided cock-n-bull story. We also tried to contact the person who (Mr. Madhusudan Rout) sold this to us and his phone is not reachable. We escalated the issue and did not get any response. Was this information helpful? | |||
