Sir I have taken wet and dry vacuum cleaner in 2012 .I use it once in a blue moon. Recently as it is making noise while using I made a complaint with the local service centre and also making calls for service for the last week regularly but they are paying no attention and telling so many lame excuses which is wasting my time for waitingfor the technician Hence I request you to look into the matter. Hello sir

A small fault in aqua guard machine and i have raised Service request on 25th March. Issue is not yet resolved. Please look into this immediately. I would really want to escalate this poor service and take this up to senior authorities.

We need a prompt answer and solution to our problem.
