We requested for replacement of dustbag in the vacuum cleaner as ours is damaged. We raised the request on nov 23rd (Number: [protected]) - this request was closed without resolving. We called customer service multiple times, however to hide the delay, they raised a new request (Number: [protected]) on dec 15th. The new request is also not serviced till date. We can't use the vacuum cleaner without a dustbag. Please either provide service, without which the product is useless.
