[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Extremely irresponsible customer care and no coordination between any internal departments

I have purchased a water purifier Magna RO + HD on 19th july 2015. They have noted down the wrong address and sent the product to another state. And even though I have been enquiring every time they said it will be delivered today. I got this response for 8 days. I cancelled the product on 27th July 2015. They gave me a reference number and again the same started i called atleast 10 -15 times and there is no response. They say they are escalating the request or putting it in urgent mode whatever they can to fool the customers. Its more than 1 month now and they are not returning my money.And none of their phone numbers for greivance ever work. I had the worst experience from such a renowned company. They dont even have a complaint cell where we can put up our case. This is highly unprofessional to trouble the customers and themselves be safe. I am going to consumer forum and human rights for harassment as suggested by an advocate.
The worst part is there is no interface ti public to put up their greivances, Its always through phone where they say all kind of things and do nothing.
