[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — False promises to sell, money not returned for uninstallable Aquaguard (RO + UV)

Sales Man Mr. Kiran Kumar, (Velachery, chennai) give false promise of installing Aquaguard RO+UV to get clean dringking water for my house in pandian salai, ECR road, chennai. I paid the amount 15600 in full and waited for installation. Install engineer check quality of inlet water and find the Aquaquard unsuitable and did not install the water purifier. Customer service is pathetic. I have lodged a complain (complaint id[protected] and still not getting my money back. It is almost 45 days now. Does Eureka forbes really care about customers? Cheating and making money is not professional. Please return my money back.
