[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Faulty Machine, Useless Replacement process, Now worried how much I will get refunded | |||||
I purchased new Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO + UV on date 25-Aug. Machine was found faulty on very first day but still plumber (this is what he told me "I am only plumber could not measure your TDS"). After only two days "Dr. Magna" stopped completely and then for next 15 + days taking follow up with Sales person +Service eng + direct customer care number everyone is just saying you will get it replaced in next couple of days. It only wasted my time and today morning I lost my patience and submitted refund request. Now worried that if this reputed (Name is big only) could refund me total amount.
