[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Faulty piece delivered | |||||
I had booked an Aquaguard crystal plus water purifier online in the month of June.. the piece delivered to me was a defective piece.. from the day it was delivered till date i have made numerous complaints on the helpline no to take back the faulty piece and replace it with a new one..till date 3 service engineers have visited my place and tried to repair the defective unit but they cudnt do anything.. i have raised several complaints with several people in the eureka forbes office .. they have called me several times and promised that they will take back the defective piece and replace it with a good working unit or refund my money but nothing has happened till date.. i have been cheated of my hard earned money..I would like to ask the director of eureka forbes that is the way you serve your customers.. by robbing them of their hard earned money.. have you built your organisation like this.. Please dont employ any customer service team in your organisation because eureka forbes stands for customer cheating not customer service...
