Recently purchased Aqua Sure Shakthi + on 4-Jul-2015, which has a 6 month warranty, within 1 week the filter broke out; post which i had complained and after one month they fixed the problem. Again the same problem of white particles being discharged into the water occurred and till now there is no proper service being offered. I asked for a refund and they said it is not possible as date of purchase has been more than one month.
I've written complaint mails but to no avail, the product provides unsafe drinking water there is no support form the company to resolve this problem.
