I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna UV on 19th August 2015 (Item Code - GWPDDRMUV0000 / Invoice No. [protected] / Order No.[protected]. But unfortunately the product is absolutely faulty and not working at all. After almost 15 days of buying, purifier had some indicator issue, so I complained about the same and they sent service man and he did something and it again started working. Again almost after 15 days, the same problem cropped up about indicator, and I did complained on Call Center Number, again Service man came and he did something and again it started working. 2 days back, same problem started and now this time, water is also overflowing of it's tank. They are not giving any replacement after so many complaints. They have pathetic service with very arrogant service providers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
