I had purchased Eureka Fobes Enhance purifier, since the day I have bought the purifier, the water container is not sealed properly and very time dust, dead flyies float on the stored water. The service executive told b to buy a rubber gasket at additional cost which would be fixed over the container and will seal the container. I bought the same but the issue still persists. I tried calling the local office of Eureka Fobes in Panjim, Goa but was attended. Also the call
Centre hasn't been help full. I do not know whom to contact for a replacement. As the water out of the purifier is affecting the health of my family. Request help to get the issue sorted on priority.
