[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — fed up with your sales representative regarding service of RO

Mr. B. D.Singh (your sales representative Code No. 9012366 of Bettiah, Bihar) has not given any service from 2/4/2013. According to service rule he had to give 3 service check-ups free but he has not come so far.Only because of his ignorance My Aqua guard RO is not working within warranty period.I sent him SMS & call also however he has not come so far.What can I do?
