[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Feeling cheated by marketing team & product | |||
I bought dr Aquaguard Magna hd ro+uv+ biotron on dated 13.06.2015 on 8 quarterly installments of rs 2100/- and paid cash rs 1000/- through receipt number 006617 & rs 2500/- through receipt number 006587. serial no. of the unit [protected]. i was told by marketing person that till completion of my emi by unit will be in warranty and filters will be replaced without any charges if needed. my unit is not working properly from the very first day i bought. lots of complaints are lodged through my registered mobile no [protected] today, one service engineer visit my home and informed that filters are need to be changed and demand money of rs 5200/- without checking the unit. i told him that unit is under warranty and if filters are needed to be replaced, it must be replaced free of cost Now I feel cheated ...is it eureka Forbes commitments ???
