This is to bring under your knowledge, that i am your customer since 12 years.
I have recently purchased a water purifier ( dr. Ro magna}
On 10 January. In just 4 months the red light ( alert light) started to enlighten, it happened just after 2 DAYS when your technician arrived for service . I had registered my complaint regarding this issue to your company on 17 JUNE.
But i am very unsatisfied with your services because your technician came after ALMOST 20 DAYS .
He said that all the membranes needs to be changed .
I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FROM YOUR COMPANIES SERVICES AND PRODUCT and feeling harnessed and cheated, because how can the membranes get used up in just 4 months.
I HAVE EVEN INSTALLED A PRE FILTER OF YOUR COMPANY.
I WANT YOU TO EITHER REPLACE MY MEMBRANES OR RETURN YOUR MACHINE BACK.
please take the action as soon as possible.
