Eureka Forbes — Filter Broken in New AquaGuard Compact | |||
I am shocked looking at the recent complains filed below. I wish I would have come across this earlier. I have bought #AquaGaurd Compact from Eureka Forbes sales executive. The executive came to my house within a day after I enquired about a demo. He (Mr. Mangesh Patil) explained the entire filtration process so well that I immediately decided to buy the machine without realising the kind of trap I am getting into. 10 days later after installing the machine we figure out that the water is tasting bad leaving a foul smell, we filed a customer service request, executive visited and check the machine and found the FILTER IS BROKEN. He asked us to file a complain again for replacement. We did that, again the executive (Mr. Mangesh Patil) came and collected our ORIGINAL BILL promising us of replacement within 2 day. It has been more than a week and we are just struggling to figure who is going to help us on this!! There are no Eureka Forbes store where we can go and claim our money back. There executives are on the move and therefore it is impossible to track and trace them. Can anybody listening help us with a solution? Was this information helpful? | |||
