Eureka Forbes — Filter candle not being changed

Hi, I live in Choithram Hospital campus, Manik baug road, Indore. My water filter is Forbes Aquaflo Designa, purchased in Pune in the year 2006/7. Its filter candle was last changed in July'14. It is to be replaced after 6 months. I have been calling Mr. Ram kunwar, local, Eureka Forbes, service in charge. He promised to come many times but never turned up. Some weeks ago, I got a call from the company. I told this matter to them. They gave a local EF care taker's (Mr.Babu) number_[protected]. Today, when I called him he said he would forward this to your Bhopal office (no.[protected]. However, he advised me to ring up to them and tell this problem. When I called them, instead of promising me to send someone to give me a service they kept on asking me my old Pune contact number, which is not in use and I forgot a long time ago. This is strange. Will my filter candle be changed or not? Please note the filter is functioning very well. Only its candle needs to be changed. Please help me. Regards, Mr. Nand Dani
