Eureka Forbes — Filter Servicing and repair not being done after multiple complaints (Req: [protected])

Filter maintenance and repair was scheduled for 7th April, but no one has still arrived to do the maintenance. The technician is repeatedly saying nothing has been assigned to him and customer complaint is saying they have escalated but no action appears to have been taken. The water has practically turned filthy and unconsumable. We have a 3 year AMC with Eureka Forbes and this is a recurring problem.
Please have someone look into this immediately.
