[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Forbes designa: no service despite annual maintenance contract in place | |||
I have a 3 year annual maintenance contract in place which is valid till December 4, 2016. The contract receipt number is 22875067 and I have paid Rs.3525 for a 3 year contract. Under the terms of the service, I am entitled to free service and 1 free filter per year. Till date, I have received no service or filter from Eureka Forbes, I have made multiple requests for service to the customer care help line, online requests on the Eureka Forbes website as well as the area manager. However there is no service till date. A number of requests have been lodged with Eureka Forbes while following service escalation norms as mentioned in the website. Till date, there is no solution or feedback. The Eureka Forbes ticket number is [protected]. Hope that Eureka Forbes intends or has the decency to look into the complaint. The customer care helpline and the area manager have been making hollow promises over the past several weeks claiming each time that my service request will be attended to in the next couple of days.
