[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaning machine not working

I bought Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaning machine on 23rd January 2016.
Machine is not working from 27th August 2016. I raised the complaint on the same day, Eureka forbes Technician visited my house on 2nd September 2016 and informed that there may be problem of Motor in the machine. As the machine is in the warranty period, we will replace the motor with in one week. But they haven't replaced and called to the customer care office but no use. Whenever I use to call them they will tell technician will visit your house by tomorrow 10 AM, but no one will call me or visited my house. Below are the complaint numbers registered for the issue.

I didn't understand for solving the small issue why they are taking so many days and not even confirmed what the actual problem exists in the machine.
