Hi, This is Prateek Shrivastava and I have purchase purifier on 21st of Nov 2023 from amazon which cost around 12k, because I have recently shifted to the new apartment I have no option of filtered water. Some how I am managing by using boiled water or corporation tap water /water bottle can . Till date its been more than 90 hrs. I called many times (recordings are available ) and every time a fake commitment and timeline provided by their team but till date no person has come to install the unit. Even my number has been de-register by them and also they have close the request mentioning that I have told them to close it . I am suffering from throat infection from past 5 days and again I register the service request on 28th Nov 2023, which is still unattended, no single called received from eureka team.

Closed by their own on last Friday 27 Nov 2023 msg received we have cancelled your service request based on your request (it is fake closure done by them)

I received a call from Mumbai office (regional office ) [protected] & [protected] in the evening 27 Nov 2023 and that person took it on ego (basically everyone has ego issue in this company) because if a mentally harassed customer tells him that he will register a complaint in consumer forum or upload the call audio on social media or LinkedIn and tag your team their as well, their ego get hurts.
After more than 90 hrs. if I am telling to lodge an FIR and consumer forum complaints against their team, what's wrong in this. Rather than solving the complaint on priority they pushed false msg on 27 Nov 2023 after disconnecting the call that service request is cancelled on your request. How cheap a company can be to hide their fraud, even I can seen lots of complaint are done in past over consumer complaint forum itself by several for the same .
I request you to take action on this, if call recording required I will share over email, please share the email id for the same.
Rest, along with this complaint I am doing online FIR against Eureka Forbes team (with specific person name ) and also upload the recording on social media as well because this people have no humanity left, I beg them as I am suffering from throat infection past 5 days, which can be easily heard in call recording but they have only ego issues, rather the solving the issue they kept on extending/stretching.
They gave me financial, mental & health issue, I will not tolerate this.
if company thinks I am doing this wrong, so for their kind of information its been more than 9 days and you have no one to install the device at my place.
