I have purchased water purifier, till now we are not using it.
Only way we can connect with the customer care is by phone call, which is a hard option for working professionals during week days.

- After installation, water started to leak from purification chamber and made a mess.
- Installation Engineer, tightened the pipes between cartridges by hand, I asked him to make it proper that it won’t happen again.
- He removed a rubber bush under the chamber to release leaked water, but he don’t know how to fix it back, so he gave it in my hand to keep it.
Problem after Installation:-

- Second day after installation, same leakage problem started and kitchen floor was filled with water.
- We turned off the purifier.

- Complaint raised with Customer Care [protected].
It’s been more than 72 hrs (3 days) now, nobody called or attended the issue. Even after I made multiple follow up calls with customer care on 14th & 15th April still no response. (Service center is nearby my location 5km approx)
Fake / Invalid Escalation Email ID's:-

I have tried to escalate to below email ID's shared by Eureka Forbes in their website, but the email failed.

I have called customer care and they confirmed above are the correct escalation emails. (Which is not valid)
Useless Mobile Application:-

I have installed Eureka Forbes iPhone mobile application which is useless, it says
"Sorry we couldn't find any Product details linked to this Customer number in our system"
Only way I can communicate with customer care is by phone call.
In one call they said there's no such complaint, in other calls they say my complaint is open and they are giving high priority.
I don't get any acknowledgement whether the customer care representative updated the ticket with what I said or not.
Starting from the installation we couldn’t able to use the purifier, bringing water from our other house using small vessels.
All the above happened / still happening while we have guests in home.
Why do I have to go through this stress ?
I lost all my trust, now I have zero trust in Eureka Forbes customer care and I don't want to be their customer anymore.
Requesting you to kindly provide my money back.
I’ll go for AO Smith UTC (Even though they don’t have service center in my location, but they attended my Water heater complaint the next day)
Note: There’s no COVID restrictions in Tamilnadu, all restrictions were lifted by TN Government.
