I took AMC for 2 yeas on 17th May.I was about to take 1 year AMC only but took 2 years AMC because there was one free gift to be given to customer.
After multiple calls with customer care and incentive solutions(responsible for delivering gifts), I learned that customer id needs to be sent to incentive solutions first for activating the customer id o choose the gift in eflgifts.in .
However I have called continuously for last 4-5 days to customer care and they have raised complain 3-4 times.But no messages regarding the complain received in my mobile.I was give two complain ids also i.e [protected] and CM[protected] .Not sure if these are really raised or just fake.Every time I call them, I have to explain them from the beginning and they have no idea what was the last complain about.
One of the worst customer care service so far.
Is this free gift ad is for real or just a fake one.If this is not there please confirm. Otherwise please take necessary steps to activate my id for free gift.
