[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — free service is not given

We took a aquaguard in 2016. Last free service was due in feb 2017 and still now they didn't give the free service. Customer care guys are calling now saying your aquaguard is out of warranty, do you want to buy the extended warranty. I asked my free service is not yet given even after following several times. So yesterday they told they will arrange for the service. Now service boy is talking vert arrogantly saying as its out of warranty, we can't come for free service. Disgusting eureka after buying their products.

Updated by Jevita crasta This has been told them again and again but still they are calling and tell me to upgrade the warranty. When I told them I will upgrade it once I have the free service done. To which they are saying that they are not responsible and will not handle it. I told I shall go legal against this and they abused me.
