Eureka Forbes — Frequent breakdown of water purifier | |||
I am writing to let you know that I had purchased a product, i.e Aquaguard magna RO of your company on dated 01/06/2015.But I am very sorry to inform you that after my purchase I have been continuously facing the problem of breakdown repeatedly only within a span of 6 months.Firstly your repair executive told us to install the additional IRON GUARD giving excuses that your water supply having higher TDS & after that you will not going to face same problem.Unfortunately problem still occuring repeatedly & your repair executive had no clues but giving unbelievable reasons such that your roof tank should be made higher. In this short span he already visited my place atleast 8-10 times. I am just thinking what will going to happen when my warranty period will be ended. So I am requesting you to take up the matter very seriously & doing the needful.I don't think I will never recommend such product to anybody. Pls.do look into the matter urgently.
