Hi concerned team, Customer id: [protected] With reference to complaint registered under contact no [protected], manohar ms. We have a purifier dr. Aquaguard (Magna+hd+ro+uv) purchased approximately at 1.5 years ago which stopped working on 2nd oct 2017. Complaint was registered on 4th oct 2017 by calling the customer care. We have faced a lot concerns and stress due following reasons: 1. A month long duration for fixing the issue (Issue fixed on: 2nd nov 2017 07.30 pm ist). 2. No update on the delay in tat, absolute no communication from eureka forbes. Everytime when a call was made to eureka forbes asking for an approximate tat for resolution. We were told that a call back shall be arranged; but no call or no mode of communication from eureka forbes. 3. Mental stress caused for a month in following up with eureka forbes and wrong promises made about arranging for call back. 4. Our family has been at risk in terms of health issues. 5. Issues faced due to stress gone through in arranging for purified water. 6. Disgusting behavior and attitude shown by your franchise head mr raghavendra; please shut this agency down; hand over the agency to somebody better or cancel the franchise. Above all; why didn't i receive any update from eureka forbes giving us a status update or informing us about the tat or delay. For all the above reasons; im not paying a peny to eureka forbes. Technician has done his job; i’m thoroughly unhappy and frustrated about the customer service experience with eureka forbes. Would never look back to eureka forbes. You guys are just looting your customer. Wake up! There are loads to competitors in the market, its not about the money; its about your customer's feedback.
