I bought the water filter on 8th June. I have been opening tickets for installation. one engineer called me to fix and appointment and promised me to come next day. Next day he did not show up I tried calling him but no answer. I opened another call finally another engineer showed up without the pressure gauge which he promised. Then he promised me to come next day for installation or pressure gauage. Today I called him again but no answer. I can't even escalate the call on the aqua guard website as the ticket number are no longer valid. He did not even fill the warranty card. I am not sure what to do.
