Eureka Forbes — Gift is not provided even paid

I took AMC for a water purifier and raised a service request but no response from eureka Forbes till now and said sorry when called to call center and did not visit for service till now,

AMC amount is in like international company and service is like street company.

Apar from this i took gift thru spkwar product and paid 500 rupees and Order ID : #EAMC2019036 and did not deliver till now.

I did not receive order but it's showing as delivered
