I had bought a water purifier one year ago at that time your rep. assured me for post warranty free service for 10 yaers. but service centre has refused to do so after warranty period. I have made a complaint few days before, but no reply has been received till date.conpany representative gaurav told me several times that ge will provide the papers for the same but he not do the same. Now the service centre told me to pay the charges.
